These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HelloSays websites, mobile applications, communications, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HelloSays.

HelloSays is an online business directory. We do not provide, perform, or guarantee any services offered by businesses listed on the platform. We function as an 'interactive computer service' under Section 230 of the CDA.
Eligibility & Conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. We prohibit false reviews, harassment, automated scraping, and any attempt to interfere with platform infrastructure.
Accounts & Communication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. By using the service, you consent to receive electronic communications including security notices and policy updates.
Content & Licensing
You retain ownership of your content, but grant HelloSays a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it across our services and marketing.
Business Account Terms
Business representatives warrant they have authority to bind the entity. Businesses may not offer incentives for reviews or coerce customers to modify feedback.
Liability & Disclaimers
The service is provided 'As Is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloSays disclaims all warranties and limits total liability to $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
